The air-conditioning was off in the lobby when I arrived and even the room was warm. It did cool off when I adjusted it and the room was clean. It is a basic room, not fancy, but having a fridge and microwave was nice. The buffet was not overwhelming, but I found it perfectly adequate.
This hotel was very clean, great location, and an excellent staff. The cleaning personnel did a great job, always restocking our room with towels and products. Peach was the best hotel concierge I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. She went above and beyond, exceeded our expectations every day she worked during our stay. I’ll definitely book at this hotel when coming back to the area. Thank you for such a wonderful experience during our 6 nights stay!
This is the best Comfort Inn we have stayed at across the US we have traveled for 2 weeks so far and a week in a half to go. Peach works in the AM and was the absolute best. She made us feel at home, offered and asked if there was anything we needed on multiple occasions. The lady at night was absolutely amazing also. The entire staff is courteous and such a lovely place. Smelled amazing. Only hotel that had air through out the hotel in the South. I would recommend this place over any in this area and beyond. Wish I could take them with us for the rest of our journey!
The only complaint I would have is a hot shower is not guaranteed. Though, the rooms were clean enough and the wait staff was polite and occomodating. Peach, at the front counter was an absolute delight. That lady deserves a raise. Super sweet!!
I’d like to share the experience that I had at the Nashville TN547 comfort Inn. I encountered on the first day Gloria on the front desk clerk who was so helpful to us and with a smile on her face I was so happy for her help every morning. Our breakfast was delicious. The breakfast area was very clean. Marina worked very, very hard, and also peach also helped us at the end of our stay when the weather was very inclement. These very dedicated employees. Our stay would have been very different so I’d like to thank and I’d also like to make sure that somebody could get this to the comfort Inn staff.
We had a WONDERFUL experience at this hotel!!! We must give a SHOUT OUT to GLORIA, your amazing receptionist that checked us in!!! She was SO FRIENDLY and MADE US FEEL AT HOME!!! Our room was nice and the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!!! The breakfast was great! All the staff were just very nice. Hiren check us out and he was very friendly as well!!! Oh, and the pool was AMAZING too!!! Thank y'all for a great experience!!!
One of the best Comfort Inn Suites in Tennesse,the rooms are clean,the breakfast is good and the staff is Amazing! Ms Gloria at the front desk is so awesome, very professional and great at her Job! I recommend this hotel to others! It's my Go to Hotel everytime I'm in Nashville!! thank you!
This is my favorite! Yes a little outdated... but there is Samsung tvs. Great water pressure, the people r good they dont recharge u deposits ,there's the best breakfast eggs sausage biscuits gravy fried potatoes muffins cereal even omelets n waffles! And the indoor pool. Beds r definitely comfy!!!. U cannot go wrong here.
